The Small Package feeds about 20 and the Large Package about 40. Our estimates run generous — if your guest count matches the package size, expect some leftovers. Kids count toward the guest count; the feeds estimates cover a mixed crowd just fine. See packages

It depends on the service and the location: pickup, delivery, and on-site events each have their own minimum notice. The order page shows the earliest date and time available for your store once you pick your location and service, so that is the quickest way to check. Need it sooner than it allows? Both — and every location offers catering. Delivery is available within about 9.5 miles of the location; the radius is calculated by our delivery provider and is firm, so we can't extend it for a fee. Food arrives in ready-to-serve trays (self-setup). Beyond the radius, pickup is your best bet.

Plan to bring your own — catering orders don't typically include utensils, plates, napkins, or serving utensils. When we do toss them in, it's a courtesy on smaller orders or on-site events. Our sauces are available in bulk, and we can do gallons of our refreshers on request.

At Stanton (Rodeo 39), yes — patio and space reservations are available on request. At Ontario Ranch (Rodeo X), we don't manage the patio ourselves, but we can connect you with the right person and set up your catering out there for you.

Yes. Catering orders placed through our app or online ordering earn Wavy Rewards points like any other order. For catering booked with our team, give us the email on your Wavy Rewards account and we'll make sure the order is tied to it.
